ok thanks it helps for the pic i am working so yeah-.-

Well I have started with that recently so I´m not that good you know I try use some tutorials that I found here on DA. I use photoshop CS3. Try downloading some brushes if you can, those can be helpful for some details in the bakground, search on "Photoshop brushes" on google and you might find some. You can also make your own and you can find tutorials for that on DA. Try mix many colors, don´t only use one, and do new layers each time you add something. For example I use one bg color, and if I add grass I create a new layer, sometimes more than one depending on if it´s near or long away. Then I create a new layer if I wants to add clouds and such. It´s also good to change the opacity on the layer a bit too, so it´s a bit transparent.

Try to practice and take tips from tutorial is the best way to learn I guess... If it isn´t anyone who can show you. I´m not sure how photoshop elements works and which features it has :S
