I saw this with the white background in Kami-Chan's photos and you looking at it hee hee 
The eyes look computer done! O_o Are they? Its just they are super shiny Love the background really finishes it off and makes it look even more professional 
And one that I colored with markers. No, the whole pic is made with markers, accept for the background and bulbasaurs body (I had no marker with that color). The eyes is also made with markers, but I´ve darken the pic a bit to give it another effect + used the darken brush on the pupil of the eye in paint shop pro, so it might look a bit like computer made - but it´s not
